Returns & Refund Policy
Our 30-Day Fit Promise
Finding the right bra online isn't always easy — so if your CloudLift isn't right for you, we've made returns simple. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
What can be returned
Because bras are intimate apparel, we can only accept returns that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotion, or other marks;
- In their original condition with all tags and the protective hygiene liner still attached;
- Returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without the hygiene liner, as these cannot be resold. Items marked "Final Sale" can only be returned if faulty.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at [support@silentwake.co.uk] within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. [Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item — edit this line to match your final policy.]
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order right away, so you're not left waiting. If you'd prefer a direct size swap, just let us know and we'll arrange it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund 10 business days after approval, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we'll chase it up.
