Free Tracked Shipping on Every Order
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Delivery times (United States)
- Standard shipping: 5–9 business days after processing.
- Total estimated time: about 6–12 business days from order to doorstep.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking usually begins updating within 2–3 days of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. [If you plan to ship to other countries, add the destinations here, along with any customs, import duty, or tax language — those charges would be the customer's responsibility.]
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering — after that, your order may already be processed and we may be unable to change it. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
